The SMOK RPM160 measures 125mm by 45mm by 28.2mm and features a zinc alloy construction with various accents, being stylish yet functionally simple to operate. The RPM160 utilizes three buttons to manipulate the controls. A single fire button is used for not only firing the device but allows users to select different options. The two smaller buttons located below the 0.96" TFT Display allow users to change the wattage from 5 to 160W, clear puff counter and change the background colors. The TFT screen gives the user an easy readout of battery life, power settings, puff counter, seconds counter, voltage output, and ohm level. Draining the device's battery will be a difficult matter when using the pod attachment due to the use of dual 18650 batteries (Sold Separately). Another handy feature is the utilization of a USB Type-C for charging and updates to the proprietary Chipset.

Moving forward, the SMOK RPM160 replacement pod does not protrude completely out of the device. This system allows the 7.5ml e-liquid capacity pod to keep a lower profile. The included drip tip can be swapped out with a 510 drip tip for a customized vaping experience. Juice can be filled by unplugging a silicone tab located on top the pod with a maximum juice capacity of 7.5ml. Each pod incorporates replacement coils designed for the SMOK RPM160 which are known as the SMOK RPM160 Replacement Coils. Included in the packaging are two of the 0.15 ohm Mesh Coils. These coils are designed specifically for the RPM160 Starter Kit and deliver smooth and flavorful vapor in every puff. Each pod is securely connected to the device via a magnetic fit connection.
