Customer service was great at first.
Sent me the wrong nicotine level, but immediately took care of that issue. , only negative i have is when i received the correct nicotine level the juice was very dark, and tasted terrible, ive been using this same flavor for quite a while, and know what it should taste like. Not the sellers fault entirely, but i sure wish they would respond to the email i sent about it
