Selling to those under the age of 21 is unlawful, and they are not able to purchase any electronic cigarette products. Vape Street is committed to preventing sales of electronic cigarettes to those under the legal age limit. The legal age for purchasing electronic cigarette products is 21+. You must provide your photo ID to verify your age. In-store purchases require proof of birth date before making a purchase, by showing our staff a state-issued identification card. Before entering a Vape Street location, the shopper must have an ID card and be ready to show it to our staff when requested. To remain compliant with laws and regulations pertaining to online sales of electronic cigarette products, we have partnered with AgeChecker.Net, a widely used age verification software, to verify your identity.

Age Checker

AgeChecker.Net is a secure and easy-to-use verification method. AgeChecker.Net utilizes data sources that allow it to verify the identity of most users. When a shopper is ready to place their order, the AgeChecker.Net popup will appear asking for basic information like date of birth, name, and address for the sole purpose of identifying the shopper’s identity. Shoppers must be sure their name and date of birth match their billing information for a smooth process. On some occasions where AgeChecker.Net can’t verify your information, the software will request a photo ID. The photo can be taken directly from the computer’s webcam or mobile device camera, or it can be uploaded. Once a picture is submitted, AgeChecker.Net will verify it in around 10 to 20 seconds. It is possible to cover sensitive information when uploading your ID card, as long as the shopper shows their name, date of birth, and expiration date, and enough of the ID to verify that it is real. You may cover information such as your driver’s license number and address. When the shopper has completed the process, they will be able to proceed to checkout. Note that if you’ve uploaded an ID once and use the same name, address, and date of birth for your next order, you won’t be asked to submit an ID again.

Each and every customer must complete the age verification process prior to completing their purchase. If for some reason age verification fails and is not shown on the backend, we will have to cancel and refund your order.
